Insurance Process
We share your concern about the increasing cost of medical care. Because statements and billing fees have become so expensive, and in an effort to keep your medical cost down, we ask that you pay your deductible and co-payments at the time of service. We also have time of service fees. Our Office Manager will be happy to discuss estimate fees with you.

Insurance and Billing
We remind you that the responsibility for payment rests with the patient being treated or their guardian. Payment is accepted in the form of check, cash, and all major credit cards.  If you have insurance coverage, we will submit the necessary information to your insurance company as a courtesy to you. We remind you that most insurance contracts including Medicare, involve deductibles and co-payments. Should we receive any payment, which exceeds your balance due, we will refund the excess to you.
