Time of Service fees:
Over the years there have been many new responsibilities in the office, which increase the cost of doing business. This is been reflected in our prices. Additional expenses better known as the "hoops we must jump through to get paid" continued to increase our overhead costs. These items really have nothing to do with patient care and to help offset this, these patients who pay at the time service we are going to have a trial institution of a time of service fee schedule.
The time of service fee schedule will be much lower than our full fees. This fee schedule will be open to all patients’ insured or un-insured. It can only work if one pays at the time service throughout their care this will help many of our patients save and help us save on all overhead costs. We will still provide information necessary for you to collect but you must file your own insurance claims.
This will not affect our Medicare patients since federal law mandates that the Medicare fees be the lowest in the office.
If you need information or are interested in this Time of service fee schedule please contact our office.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Insurance Process We share your concern about the increasing cost of medical care. Because statements and billing fees have become so expensive, and in an effort to keep your medical cost down, we ask that you pay your deductible and co-payments at the time of service. We also have time of service fees. Our Office Manager will be happy to discuss estimate fees with you. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Insurance and Billing We remind you that the responsibility for payment rests with the patient being treated or their guardian. Payment is accepted in the form of check, cash, Visa and Master Card. If you have insurance coverage, we will submit the necessary information to your insurance company as a courtesy to you. We remind you that most insurance contracts including Medicare, involve deductibles and co-payments. Should we receive any payment, which exceeds your balance due, we will refund the excess to you. Feel free to contact our Office Manager at (630) 529-2225 during regular business.
